Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful and flowing practice in which each asana is carried by your own breath. In a set sequence, the postures connect through dynamic transitions while the breath sets the rhythm. This creates a meditative flow that strengthens both body and mind.
At our studio, you’ll find both Soft Ashtanga and Pure Ashtanga classes - depending on your experience, energy, and personal practice.
Yin Yoga is a slow, gentle practice that offers a wonderful counterbalance to the dynamic and powerful nature of Ashtanga Yoga.
Postures are held passively for several minutes, creating space to consciously observe the body and release tension.
The practice works on both body and mind. It supports flexibility, harmonises the flow of energy (Chi in Traditional Chinese Medicine), and promotes inner calm. Yin Yoga encourages mindful awareness of body and mind, helping you restore balance and recharge.
Mysore is the traditional way of practicing Ashtanga Yoga - a method that creates space for individuality, mindfulness, and personal growth. Rather than following a led group class, you move through the practice at your own pace while receiving individual guidance from our teachers.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, the experience is adapted to your needs, energy levels, and current stage of development. Step by step, a sustainable and personal practice unfolds naturally over time.
The calm atmosphere of a Mysore class invites you to turn inward, cultivate awareness of the breath, and deepen the connection between body and mind. Individual adjustments and guidance support you exactly where you need them.
Postnatal Yoga is a gentle and mindful practice that supports you in rebuilding stability and strength after birth. Targeted exercises for the body’s center and pelvic floor are combined with calm breathing and mindful transitions. Your baby is warmly welcome - and you are equally welcome to come on your own. Together we create a safe space to reconnect with your body and regain strength.
Yin & Ambient blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with immersive ambient sound through our hi-fi sound system. In seated or lying postures, you’re invited to feel your body, release tension, and let the breath flow freely. Gentle soundscapes enhance the practice, creating a space where you can find calm, clarity, and renewed energy.
Yin & Ambient is currently on summer break and will return in September.
