Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful and flowing practice in which each asana is guided by your breath. Within a set sequence, the postures are linked through dynamic transitions as the breath determines the rhythm. This creates a meditative flow of movement that strengthens both body and mind.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a calm, gentle practice — a beautiful complement to the dynamic and powerful nature of Ashtanga Yoga. The poses are held passively for several minutes, creating space to consciously sense the body and release tension. This practice affects both body and mind, enhancing flexibility, harmonizing the flow of energy (Chi, according to traditional Chinese medicine), and bringing deep inner peace. Yin Yoga helps you reconnect with yourself and restore vitality. Traditionally, it follows the rhythm of the moon, and in selected sessions, sound accompanies and deepens the experience.

Yin & Ambient

Yin & Ambient blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with immersive ambient sound through our hi-fi sound system. In seated or lying postures, you’re invited to feel your body, release tension, and let the breath flow freely. Gentle soundscapes enhance the practice, creating a space where you can find calm, clarity, and renewed energy.
